    Proper prep, protected floors and fixtures, and clean daily resets, whether the sellers are living there or not.

    A final walkthrough so the home is ready for photos, showings and closing.

North Idaho and Eastern Washington: Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and the communities around them. We also paint in Athol, Spirit Lake and Harrison and around the lake. Sandpoint, Kellogg and the Silver Valley are for larger projects, and areas north and south of Spokane are case by case.
