On completion of drywall, we spray and backroll the primer, then put 2 coats of paint on ceilings and 1 coat on walls. We save the final coat on walls for the end of the project. This saves on touch-ups.

How We Paint a New Home
From drywall to final walkthrough
Trim
Once trim is installed, we spackle and sand nail holes, caulk the trim in, mask surfaces, and spray 2 coats of paint on trim.
Floor protection
Once floors are installed, we offer premium floor coverings for the rest of the project.
Final coat and punch list
As late in the project as possible, we apply the final coat of paint to walls and do any touch-ups. Punch list items are tackled as needed.

Do you work with builders and contractors?

Yes. Along with homes, we paint commercial spaces, and during exterior season we also do epoxy floors and concrete finishes. Tell us about the space in the estimate request.
Where do you work?
North Idaho and Eastern Washington: Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Hayden Lake, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and the communities around them. We also paint in Athol, Spirit Lake and Harrison and around the lake. Sandpoint, Kellogg and the Silver Valley are for larger projects, and areas north and south of Spokane are case by case.
